When Goose Island State Park constructed a new boardwalk overlooking their restored marshlands, park staff wanted to incorporate interpretation of the habitat and the endangered whooping cranes it supports. Erin served as project manager for the interpretation, coordinating the interpretive planning, graphic design, fabrication and installation.
In 2013, the Texas Forestry Museum in Lufkin, TX, hired Erin to consult on their current exhibits.
In 2007, the Friends of Casa Navarro launched a development campaign to raise funds to renovate the exhibits at Casa Navarro State Historic Site. The friends group hired Erin to work with the design firm Museumscapes to develop content for the fundraising booklet.
